Quality Improvement

IPRO’s quality improvement activities include individualized quality improvement consultation and technical assistance for providers; facilitating structured rapid-cycle improvement collaboratives among groups of providers; implementing educational and training programs; on-site and off-site academic detailing; coordinating complex projects involving multiple partners and stakeholders; developing new measurement tools and innovative intervention strategies, and; collecting and analyzing data to support quality improvement activities.

Coordination of Care

IPRO offers an array of services to support an integrative approach to patient care coordination with a goal of facilitating the appropriate delivery of healthcare services and improved patient outcomes.

Improving Care for Special Populations

IPRO supports and provides oversight to government programs serving special populations that benefit from a focused approach to healthcare.
