Ms. Schwartz is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications programs to promote corporate initiatives for IPRO and the New York State Health Accountability Foundation. A not-for-profit New York State public-private partnership co-founded by IPRO and the New York Business Group on Health, the Foundation’s efforts focus on disseminating independently validated information on health care access, outcomes and patient satisfaction to employers and consumers to ensure informed choice, and to providers to promote best practices.
She has directed conferences and presented at meetings to promote IPRO’s collaborations with New York State HMOs for quality improvement. She has also made presentations at national conferences on behalf of IPRO and the Health Accountability Foundation on topics including health care on the Internet, social marketing, and independent review of health plan appeals.
Ms. Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
