The Road to APM Participation Part 2: Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APMs), Discussion of Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) Model, Direct Contracting Model, and Primary Care First Model
Wednesday, June 10th | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EST
The Quality Payment Program has several Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APMs) that offer a 5% incentive for achieving threshold levels of payments or number of patients through Advanced APMs. If you achieve either of these thresholds, you become a Qualifying APM Participant (QP) and are excluded from the MIPS reporting requirements and payment adjustment. This webinar is designed to help your practice/organization understand how to participate in an APM. We will highlight the connections between specific APMS, including the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) Model, Direct Contracting Model, and Primary Care First Model.

How to Reach the QPP Performance Threshold, Additional Performance Threshold for Exceptional Performance, and Successfully Participate in MIPS without Certified Electronic Health Record Technology (CEHRT)
Wednesday, August 12th | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EST
Understanding the requirements for participation in the 2020 Quality Payment Program (QPP) Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) is critical to achieving the performance threshold of 45 points to avoid a negative payment adjustment.
