Allison Xiong, PhD, Associate Vice President, Federal and State Healthcare Assessment, has over 20 years of experience in healthcare data management, systems design, and analytics.  She oversees several contracts focused on compliance monitoring and quality improvement.  She also serves as the division’s principal subject matter expert for data analytics & performance measurement, providing leadership in technology solutions, analytical planning, and studies required by internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
