Mary Dramitinos Named to Technical Expert Panel

Jericho, New York – Mary Dramitinos, MBA, Sr. Director, Managed Care Department, has been selected to participate on the Technical Expert Panel (TEP) for the Medicaid Total Cost of Care measure, which Yale New Haven Health Services Corporation/Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE) is currently developing with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

The TEP brings together a diverse group of subject‑matter experts to provide guidance on the development of a new Medicaid Total Cost of Care measure. The panel will offer input on the measure’s design, methodology, and implementation considerations to ensure it is meaningful, accurate, and useful for states and providers. Through structured discussion and review, the TEP helps CORE and CMS shape a measure that reflects real‑world practice, supports program evaluation, and advances high‑quality, data‑driven care within Medicaid.

At IPRO, Mary leads a software development team that maintains encounter data warehouses for multiple states and supports Encounter Data Validation (EDV) studies and Information System Capabilities Assessment (ISCA) reviews and reports. She is responsible for querying encounter data and providing programming support across all Managed Care Department contracts.

Mary has more than 28 years of healthcare information systems experience, encompassing software development oversight, claim system conversion management, health plan programming development, and state Medicaid program encounter data validation. Prior to joining IPRO in 2005, Mary worked for a managed care organization with a Medicaid product and other government programs, and for a management services organization with seven Medicaid managed care clients.
