IPRO works with the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Departments of Health in 21 states, and more than 150 managed care plans (MCPs) across the country on a wide range of healthcare quality improvement projects.
IPRO’s quality improvement activities include individualized quality improvement consultation and technical assistance for providers, facilitating structured rapid-cycle improvement collaboratives among groups of providers, implementing educational and training programs, on-site and off-site academic detailing, coordinating complex projects involving multiple partners and stakeholders, developing new measurement tools and innovative intervention strategies, and collecting and analyzing data to support quality improvement activities.
