SUBJECT: CHANGE IN IPRO ONSITE WORK HOURS

Beginning on July 12, 2004, IPRO will be modifying the onsite time that nurse reviewers spend at a facility. The current work hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The new work hours will be between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
As you are aware, IPRO performs Medicaid chart review on-site at hospitals at least twice a month. This change is being implemented to meet the flexible work requirements of our contracts and in an effort to decrease the number of charts that have to be requested for off-site review, copied, and sent to IPRO.
IPRO is requesting your cooperation in implementing this change in the work schedule and appreciate your assistance. If you are unable to accommodate this revised scheduling, please contact us as soon as possible.
