IPRO complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity). IPRO does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), disability, religion, income status, or Limited English Proficiency. No person shall, on the grounds or race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, religion, income status, or Limited English Proficiency be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity conducted by IPRO regardless of whether those programs and activities are federally‐funded or not.

IPRO shall:

Provide free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:

  • TTY relay communication services
  • Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in other formats (e.g., large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats, etc.)

Provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:

  • Qualified interpreters
  • Translated information written in other languages

You can file a complaint if you believe that IPRO has failed to reasonably provide you with assistance to meaningfully access Limited English Proficiency services or if you feel that you have been discriminated against in the provision of IPRO services or assistance on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), religion, income status, or Limited English Proficiency.
